The Haryana Police here has enlisted a body of evidence against an obscure individual for giving a passing danger to Anti-Terrorist Front India president Viresh Shandilya.
The FIR was enlisted on Tuesday on the grievance of Shandilya, who affirmed that he got a demise danger via telephone, police said.
In his protest, Shandilya said he had gotten a call on Sunday night with the guest compromised him for criticizing genius Khalistan supporters.
Shandilya claimed that the guest said he will be wiped out like previous Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh, who was killed route in 1995.
“I have been opposing master Khalistani components. I have been raising my voice against Gurpatwant Singh Pannun of the prohibited expert Khalistan outfit Sikhs for Justice and the secessionist battle he has begun from the outside soil,” he told journalists here.
Police said a case has been enlisted under IPC Sections 504 and 506 (criminal terrorizing) at the Ambala City police headquarters.
