New Delhi: Senior advocate Rajeev Dhavan, who showed up for Muslim gatherings in the Smash Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title question case, Tuesday said he has been sacked from the issue on the ‘outlandish’ ground that he is unwell.
Dhavan, who posted the data on Facebook, said he is never again engaged with either the audit or the case.
“Simply been sacked from the Babri case by AOR (Backer on Record) Ejaz Maqbool who was speaking to the Jamiat. Have sent conventional letter tolerating the ‘sacking’ without dispute. Never again engaged with the survey or the case,” he composed.
“I have been educated that Mr Madani has demonstrated that I was expelled from the case since I was unwell. This is complete hogwash. He has a privilege to teach his legal advisor AOR Ejaz Maqbool to sack me which he did on directions. In any case, the explanation being coasted is vindictive and false,” Dhavan included the person to person communication site.
The Jamiat Ulema-e-Rear, headed by Maulana Arshad Madani, has documented an audit request testing the Incomparable Court’s Ayodhya decision.
Dhavan said he would not like to partition the Muslim gatherings. “I have contended the case for all the Muslim gatherings in a unified way and might want a similar way. The Muslim gatherings should sift through their disparities first,” Dhavan said.
