Mukerjea’s legal advisor Amit Ghag documented an application Wednesday arguing that he be moved back to an extraordinary cell. The attorney argued that Mukerjea had as of late experienced a heart medical procedure and is yet to completely recuperate. In the general cell, Mukerjea faces the danger of contracting disease, which could mean something bad for his wellbeing. That is the reason he ought to be kept in a unique cell, the application said.

The CBI, in its answer, said that the court can pass a fitting request according to the jail rules.

“The prison director is altogether and exclusively liable for the wellbeing and security of the prison detainees. On the off chance that any mischief causes to the prisoner, at that point the director of the Arthur Road Jail will be considered capable. In this way, an organization request can’t be passed against the jail leads,” the court included.

Sheena was slaughtered purportedly by her mom Indrani Mukerjea, a previous media official, with the assistance of two other denounced in April 2012.
