At TheViral.in, we strive to provide high-quality services to help you grow your brand and business. However, we understand that cancellations or refunds may occasionally be necessary. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
a) Service Cancellations
• Clients may request to cancel a service by emailing us at rohitjareda1@gmail.com.
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service start date.
• If a cancellation request is received after work has already begun, only a partial refund (if applicable) may be issued, based on the work completed.
b) Subscription-Based Services
• If you have subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.
• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date.
2. Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality results, and due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited as follows:
a) Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
✅ If TheViral.in is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service.
✅ If a technical issue on our end prevents service completion.
✅ If a refund request is made within 7 days of payment and the service has not yet started.
b) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
🚫 If the client changes their mind after work has started.
🚫 If the client fails to provide the necessary materials or information required to complete the service.
🚫 If the service has already been delivered as agreed.
🚫 If the request is made outside of the eligible refund period.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
